FAQ

Where are you based?

I am currently based at Turning Earth’s Hoxton studio, East London.

Do you take commissions?

I do! If you’re interested in any of my pots that are currently not in stock, or you would like to discuss a custom order, please get in touch by email.

Do you have any stockists?

I currently only sell through my website and via makers markets in London. If you’re interested in hearing updates, please sign up to my newsletter.

I live in London, can I pick up my order at your studio?

Of course you can. Please use the code ‘PICKMEUP’ at checkout, and then send me an email to arrange pick up. Please note, however, that I am only at the studio on certain days of the week and so you would need to be flexible.

Are your glazes food safe?

Yes, all materials that I work with are food safe and lead free.

Are your pots dishwasher safe?

Yes they are, although please be advised that washing by hand is recommended to help prolong the life of the piece.

What does it mean for your mugs to be left-handed or right-handed?

Some of my mugs are glazed with a colour block tab on one side. This means that it's much more pleasant to drink or use from this side, and so I glaze these mugs on both the left side of the handle and the right to provide the most comfort when using.

Do you do wholesale?

Please get in contact if you are interested in stocking my work to discuss wholesale.

Do you accept returns?

I do accept returns. Please see Shipping and Returns for details.
